Celebrating its 30th anniversary this April, Canal City Fukuoka Washington Hotel reopened after renovation on September 1, 2026, to provide an even more comfortable stay for all guests. In this renewal, inspired by Canal City Hakata’s concept of “a city theater,” the design incorporates five motifs found throughout Canal City Hakata: water, canyon, greenery, sun, and stars. In addition, with the introduction of self check-in/check-out kiosks for a smoother arrival experience, a self-service cloakroom exclusively for guests, and card key–activated elevators to enhance security, we offer a convenient and safe stay.

  • The service at this Hotel was excellent.

    The only disappointment was the air conditioning. The Room was a bit hot, and I wanted to lower the temperature, but only heating was available.Other than that, everything was great. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The location was a bit hard to find, but there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. I would love to stay here again.
