    This is my third stay here.Once a year when I visit Kobe, I stay with my grandchild.My 15-year-old grandchild really loves it and always says, “I want to stay at the same Hotel again this year!”Drinks and shampoo are available in front of the front desk, which also seems to be one of the highlights.Breakfast offers a great variety and is very delicious.My grandchild ate a lot from the morning.The staff’s service with warm smiles (especially the male staff) was wonderful.The front desk staff were also very pleasant, and I was able to check in and check out comfortably.The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was also an air purifier, so I could sleep peacefully and feel refreshed.The Room was clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay.Thank you very much for your hospitality.
