  • Exceeded expectations

    We stayed the night before a memorial service in Kamakura. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and we also enjoyed exploring around Ofuna Station. The Hotel was clean, the staff greeted us warmly, and they kindly assisted us with the check-in and check-out machines. The amenity bar offered a wide variety of bath salts, which was fun to choose from, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Breakfast was delicious as well.We were just talking as a family about staying at Mets again the next time we come for a memorial service.

  • Rainy Ofuna

    Although the weather was unfortunate, there was a flat route from Ofuna Station and the bus stop was covered, so we were able to check in without getting wet. Many of the staff were very pleasant, and I was able to relax with my elderly mother. Thank you for preparing non-slip bath mats and a shower chair in advance. I also found the room temperature settings and the firmness of the bed mattress to be just right for me, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
