  • The staff provided attentive service, and I had a comfortable stay.

    Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again.There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly.I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration.Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay.   • I used this accommodation for a business trip.

    The Facility was very clean and nice. The bathroom also felt spacious. Amenities were self-service, but nothing was lacking. There was also a self-service drink station, which was great. Breakfast was included, and you could choose your preferred set meal, which I felt accommodated a wide range of guests.
