Located just a 1-minute walk from the west exit of Urawa Station, our hotel offers an excellent location with convenient access to major cities such as Omiya, Ueno, and Ikebukuro, making it an ideal base for both business and leisure travelers. Our guest rooms are designed with the concept of Saitama Prefecture's symbol "Keyaki" (zelkova tree), featuring wood grain and green accents to create a natural and relaxing atmosphere.

    I used this Accommodation for a business trip.I booked a single Room with a bathtub and separate washing area. Personally, when traveling for work, I prefer being able to relax and bathe in my Room at my own pace rather than going out to a large public bath. I was happy that the amenities included bath salts.The shower head was fixed straight, which I found a bit difficult to use.The Room felt slightly small for opening a suitcase, but it had a humidifying air purifier and plenty of hangers, making it very convenient. It was also nice to have pajamas instead of a yukata.The location is convenient—close to the station, with convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The coffee and tea bag service was also good.Staff interaction was minimal, but they were polite and helpful.For future business trips to Tokyo or Saitama, I would like to make this my regular Accommodation.
