    Due to an approaching typhoon, I had to extend my stay unexpectedly. As it was for work, there were various circumstances, but your phone support was very courteous, and I truly appreciated your kind suggestions.Even in that situation, you kindly accommodated my request for a higher floor with a good view. Once I arrived, I understood why—impressive indeed. While I had to stay indoors and couldn’t go out, being able to watch the Shinkansen trains moving was the most uplifting part of all.It really lived up to the reputation of JR Hotel Mets.I wanted to thank you in person, but I assumed the front desk staff and the person who assisted me by phone were different, so I couldn’t say anything—please excuse me.Although it was an anxious trip to Tokyo, I am sincerely grateful that I could stay with peace of mind.Thank you very much.
