  • It was great.

    I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

    It was very nice—close to the station, and the Hotel was clean. Breakfast was at Excelsior on the first floor, which also felt fresh.\nI often saw elderly guests being told they couldn’t eat without bringing the breakfast voucher because they hadn’t brought it with them. Some even brought receipts from a different stay.\nIt might be helpful to make this clearer at check-in, such as saying, “Please bring this with you for breakfast.”
