  • Very convenient and clean.

    Directly connected to the station, very convenient. The entrance and all areas were clean, and the front desk staff kindly guided me during check-in, which was very helpful. I also passed the housekeeping staff, who greeted me pleasantly, making my departure feel great. Thank you very much. The shower water pressure was good, and hot water came out quickly. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

  • It was a very clean and quiet Room!

    The Room was very clean and felt fresh and well maintained. Since it is directly connected to the station, I expected some noise, but the soundproofing was excellent and I couldn’t hear any trains at all—quiet both day and night. There are many great places to eat nearby in Koenji. It was especially nice to be able to enjoy drinks at a local izakaya and still get back to the Room right away (laugh). I would love to stay again. There were no negative points in particular.
