    The bathroom had a musty, moldy smell.

    Stayed for one night. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but within an acceptable range. There were plenty of amenities, and the free drinks, manga, and other offerings were well stocked. As for the guest Room, the main area was fine, but the shower curtain partition in the bathroom had a strong moldy smell—so bad that just taking a bath made me feel sick. With an odor this strong, it should have been noticed during cleaning; leaving it as is is a problem. Please review and address this.

    Disappointing breakfast

    The breakfast was very disappointing. There were only a few items, and almost everything tasted bad (for 850 yen, you’d be better off going to Yoshinoya). Since this place is originally a café, they should consider offering only bread-based options instead (the pizza toast during the day looks tasty). Also, the front desk staff’s appearance was sloppy (a dirty white shirt was hanging out of their slacks). At the Shinsaibashi location, the front desk staff are much more professional and the freshly baked bread is delicious. Why is there such a big difference?

    The cleanliness was disappointing.

    There was hair left in the bathroom. Pajamas are available in the lobby, so you need to pick them up yourself.

    Good Hotel

    I stayed here once during the summer and had a great experience, so I decided to stay again, and it was just as good this time. I plan to stay here again whenever I have plans in the Namba area! If I may suggest one improvement, upgrading to a larger hairdryer with better airflow would make the experience even better.

    The rooms, amenities, facilities, and services are simple but extremely affordable. Being close to the city center, it is highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers.

    Day Use

    Day-use for up to 8 hours was available at an affordable price, which was great. Additionally, by registering on LINE, you can enjoy a 6-hour Plan at a discounted rate.

    Great location!

    I could only go out to eat around 9 PM due to work, but the delicious food court just a 3-minute walk away was very convenient. The Seven-Eleven downstairs was also helpful. I made use of the amenity bar with shampoo and makeup remover. The 24-hour drink bar was great, and next time I’d like to borrow some manga! The bed was large, and the Room was spacious, which I appreciated. However, it was unfortunate that the shower curtain had a musty smell. I look forward to visiting again!

    Close to Namba Station

    Close to Namba Station and reasonably priced, I found myself at Hillarys Hotel. The reviews were good, and the breakfast was excellent! Highly satisfied, I would love to stay here again. Also, the white rice at breakfast was sweet and delicious! The convenience store on the first floor was very convenient. The non-smoking room was clean, and I had a great night's sleep.

    Stayed on the first ...

    Stayed on the first day of the January long weekend. The room was on the second floor, making it convenient to access the front desk and drink corner. I also used the oxygen box and felt somewhat rejuvenated (haha). It would be nice to have a wider variety of bread for breakfast, but the Japanese dishes were delicious. I would love to stay again!

    Within walking distance from Namba Station

    This accommodation is within walking distance of Namba Station. While the facility is slightly old, it is well-maintained and offers a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area are kind, making for a pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.
