Thank you very much for always choosing Smile Hotel.
At our Hotel, we are working to become an environmentally friendly Hotel from the perspective of the SDGs.
By reducing plastic waste and decreasing the frequency of in-room cleaning during your stay, we aim to reduce energy use, conserve water, help prevent water pollution, and reduce CO2 emissions—thereby lowering our environmental impact.
Start Date: March 1, 2026
1. In-Room Amenities
Towels will be provided in your Room on the first day only.
Other amenities are available at the amenity bar—please take what you need.
2. Room Cleaning for a Multiple Night Stay
For a Multiple Night Stay, Room cleaning will be provided once every 3 nights.
If you would like towel replacement on days other than the scheduled cleaning day, please place used towels in the basket and put it outside your door together with any trash for collection (trash bin) by 11:00 a.m.
We will provide fresh towels (bath towel, face towel, bath mat) in the basket.
* If you would like additional cleaning outside of the schedule above, please contact the front desk by the day before.
* Please note that we may enter your Room for maintenance or in case of emergency even on non-cleaning days.
