    On our summer trips each year, we always choose ibis Styles Sapporo as our regular Hotel. Every year at check-in, being welcomed by the front desk team’s smiles makes the fatigue of a long journey disappear. This year as well, thanks to your kind support via IKYU, you accommodated our requests, and we were able to spend quiet, relaxing time in a spacious Room. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful consideration. While providing environmentally conscious services, you also respond pleasantly to guests’ detailed requests, and once again we truly felt how glad we were to stay with you this year. We would also be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the parking staff and the cleaning staff; their support made our four-day stay wonderful.
