  • Self Check-in Machine

    I used the machine for check-in, thinking it would be quicker, but I was surprised that I had to input not only the representative's name but also the names of all other guests. Why? At other accommodations, I've always checked in at the front desk with just the representative's name. It might have been less hassle to write it down at the front desk.I also used the machine for check-out. It was simple and smooth.However, unless someone dislikes face-to-face interaction, I don't see much advantage in using machines.It was a new and clean hotel.
