  • Clean and satisfying.

    I’ve been staying at this Hotel a couple of times a year for several years. Overall, as the title says, I’m generally satisfied. The Room, furnishings, bed-making, and overall cleanliness give a reassuring sense of comfort. Amenities aren’t stocked in the Room; instead, you take what you need from the lobby, which avoids waste. I drink quite a bit of drip coffee, so that was especially helpful.One thing: this may be unavoidable due to the building’s structure, but in the single Room on the floor where I stayed this time, it seemed like the neighboring room had lively guests, and I could hear repeated thumping noises that bothered me. I assume it was a row of single Rooms, but it sounded like there were multiple people next door. Fortunately it wasn’t enough to disturb my sleep.

  • Convenient and Comfortable

    The hotel is conveniently located right next to Sendai Station. The staff are friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the facilities are fully equipped.
