    I used the sauna, Onsen, breakfast, and more, and they helped me relax and recover from fatigue. During the busy evening hours, I noticed the floor in the men’s changing room was dirty, so it might be good to increase cleaning frequency during peak times. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.   • Your First Visit to Tsu City

    We reserved two adjacent Rooms for our family. We’ve stayed at many Business Hotels, but the Onsen here is excellent—and the sauna is great too! The staff’s phone support during the Reservation process was among the best we’ve experienced at a Business Hotel. Breakfast was reasonably priced and satisfying. Also, the free coffee was great!!
