  • In-room loungewear only.

    The sauna was amazing!Among all Dormy Inn properties, the Niigata location is the best—on another level.I travel to Niigata on business every year, and I can’t wait for it!However!!The in-house loungewear smelled like a dirty rag… kind of like natto. Like a sports club…It smelled all three nights of my three-night stay.I really hope this will be improved by next year!!

    Previously, for guests who reserved the WECO Multiple Night Stay Plan (No Cleaning Plan), we provided towels daily by hanging them on the room door knob.
    However, to promote environmental conservation and resource circulation, we will partially change this operation starting March 1, 2026.
    Going forward, towels will no longer be hung on the door knob daily but will be provided upon request.
    This initiative is part of our efforts to value resources and reduce environmental impact as much as possible.
