    All front desk staff were exceptionally courteous, and I appreciated their refined and polite manner.All amenities were provided in the Room, so there was no need to pick them up from the first floor, which allowed me to relax comfortably in the Room.There is a large public bath, and access is secured with a PIN code, so security was well managed.The shower in the public bath provided continuous hot water without stopping midway, so I could relax without any hassle.Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I would like to stay again.Thank you very much.

  • Impeccably clean throughout.

    The Onsen is always clean and comfortable. There is a shampoo bar, and I enjoy trying shampoos I have never used before (such as BOTANIST). The building is probably older, but it is well maintained and I always have a pleasant stay. Unlike many newer Business Hotels, the desk is fairly large, which makes it easy to work and is very helpful. The front desk staff are also kind. Excellent value for money!
