Notice Regarding Changes to Cleaning Services for Multiple Night Stays
Thank you very much for staying with Hotel Route-Inn Sapporo Ekimae Kita-guchi.
In consideration of environmental protection, we will be changing our bed-making service for consecutive stays as outlined below.
■ Change
For consecutive-stay cleaning (standard cleaning), the replacement of sheets and pillowcases will be changed from daily to once every three days.
■ Effective Date
Stays from Saturday, October 10, 2026
■ Details
- Guests staying multiple nights will be asked at check-in to choose either “Standard Cleaning” or “Eco Cleaning.”
- If you choose “Standard Cleaning,” bed linen will be replaced on the 3rd day.
* On Days 1–2, we will make the bed and perform standard cleaning without changing the sheets.
= Standard Cleaning (Days 1–2) =
1) Bed making (no linen change) 2) Unit bath cleaning 3) Wipe-down of room surfaces 4) Vacuuming 5) Towel and amenity replacement
= Standard Cleaning (Day 3) =
1) Bed making (with linen change) 2) Unit bath cleaning 3) Wipe-down of room surfaces 4) Vacuuming 5) Towel and amenity replacement
= Eco Cleaning =
5) Towel and amenity replacement 6) Collection of trash and cigarette butts/ashtray waste* 7) Check of fire safety and water fixtures
