[About the Tokyo Accommodation Tax]
Under the Tokyo Metropolitan Accommodation Tax Ordinance, the Accommodation Tax will be collected at check-in separately from the Accommodation Fee.
■Accommodation fee per person per night (room rate)
- Less than JPY 10,000 (excluding tax): Tax-exempt
- JPY 10,000 to less than JPY 15,000 (excluding tax): JPY 100
- JPY 15,000 or more (excluding tax): JPY 200
*From stays in April 2027 onward, this will change as follows:
Accommodation fee per person per night: JPY 13,000 or more (excluding tax): 3% of the accommodation amount

Please note that the Accommodation Tax is not included in the listed Accommodation Fee and must be paid at check-in.
Even if you pay by card in advance, the Accommodation Tax must still be paid on-site.
