  • We had a comfortable stay.

    The Annex staff have a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. In particular, the foreign staff member who assisted us at check-in was polite and warm, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much.We stayed as a couple in a triple room; it was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were also well stocked.The location is convenient, and we would like to stay again. Next time, we’d like to try the breakfast as well.

  • I stayed in a double...

    I stayed in a double room alone for two nights. It was clean, spacious, and very nice overall. However, there was a strong smell—possibly perfume from the previous guest. Thanks to the air purifier that I left running, it was fine on the second day. I also helped two groups of foreign guests who were having trouble because the coin laundry wouldn’t accept 500-yen coins (and there was no way to get change). I thought clearer signage might be helpful.
