Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at various locations within the Facility, and we request your cooperation in hand sanitization. 2. Guests using the Hotel are requested to wear masks. Additionally, guests experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or body aches may be asked to undergo a temperature check. 3. During check-in for accommodation, we inquire about your health condition and recent travel history. 4. Room cleaning is conducted following public health office guidelines, including thorough ventilation, cleaning, and disinfection of doorknobs, toilet seats, and other areas. 5. Cleaning of public spaces (hallways, lobbies, restaurants, etc.) includes disinfection of frequently touched areas (stair railings, elevator buttons, front desk counters, toilet doorknobs, faucets, etc.), along with regular ventilation. 6. Upon entering the restaurant, we request your cooperation in hand sanitization. Additionally, we implement alcohol disinfection of tableware, install acrylic partitions to prevent droplet transmission, request diagonal seating arrangements, and arrange seating to maintain social distancing (minimum 1 meter). 7. Transparent vinyl sheets or similar barriers are installed at the front desk counter and restaurant payment areas. 8. Buffet-style meals have been suspended and replaced with set meal formats (for the time being). 9. Employees report their health condition daily upon reporting to work, and those unwell do not work. Additionally, wearing masks during work is mandatory.
