Multiple shower booths are available to minimize congestion and ensure a comfortable experience. Sauna A dry sauna is available in the men's bath. Set at a temperature that promotes sweating and improves blood circulation, it pairs perfectly with a cold-water bath for alternating hot and cold therapy.
