  • It was a very pleasant Hotel.

    I arrived about an hour early and asked if you could store my luggage, but you prepared my Room right away—and even upgraded me since there was availability.The Room was clean, I could enjoy tea in the lobby, and I was able to relax in the bath with bath salts.All the staff were friendly and welcoming with great smiles—perfect service.It’s also close to the market, and Kenrokuen Garden is about a 20-minute walk away, making for a pleasant stroll.Thank you very much.

  • I stayed one night i...

    I stayed one night in Kanazawa.The location is in an area with many Hotels, close to Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle, which is very convenient.The room size is standard, but I was pleasantly surprised that various charging cables were provided. It was very helpful.However, the reason I rated it slightly lower is the breakfast. Breakfast is available, but the selection is limited and I wasn’t very satisfied. Personally, I didn’t feel the breakfast-included Plan was worth the cost, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
