  • Overall, it was good.

    The TVs have been upgraded, which I think has made the stay more comfortable. However, I have two concerns: 1) The loungewear feels outdated, heavy, and not very clean. I would really like to see this improved. 2) As others have mentioned, check-in is always handled from behind the front desk counter, which has bothered me. Being given self check-in instructions across the counter feels awkward. (I think staff should stand on the guest side when explaining self check-in. Explaining it from behind the counter can feel a bit discourteous. At other hotels, someone is always on the guest side and provides careful guidance on how to use the check-in machine.)

  • The TV has been upgraded!

    I have stayed here several times before, but I switched to other Hotels because the TV was an older type and hard to watch, and the Room felt a bit dark. This time, I stayed again after a long while and found that the TV had been updated and the Room seemed brighter—perhaps renovated—which was a great improvement. I would like to stay here again in the future.
