Right in front of Nishitetsu Hotel Croom is a bus center connecting the city, offering easy access to sightseeing spots such as Tenjin, Fukuoka’s downtown area, and Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. Although located near Hakata Station, the Hotel features a natural Onsen, and the surrounding area has a calm atmosphere with temples and shrines. Relax and unwind in the evening.

  • Highly convenient

    Conveniently located next to Hakata Station, making it very easy to get around, and the large public bath (Onsen) was better than expected, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was disappointing and confusing that there was a small issue at check-in (I couldn’t Check Reservation on the self check-in machine). The staff handled it well, and I had a great trip.

  • The best choice for staying in Hakata at this price range.

    Although this is a large Hotel that is over 20 years old, it was renovated in 2016. Nearly 10 years have passed since the renovation, but the rooms are comfortable, with smart TVs and thorough cleaning. This time I booked a Plan that included breakfast at Komeda inside the Hotel, and I was very satisfied with the extensive breakfast menu.
