  • Beautiful Hotel

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. It’s a very clean Hotel. The location is convenient, and the bath is spacious. It was also helpful to be able to check how crowded it was from the Room. The staff member I happened to interact with was kind as well. I had breakfast at the Hotel restaurant, but I’d be happier if the selection were a bit more appealing.One disappointing point was that the sink in the Room was dirty. There were many dark stains—almost like ink—so much so that I wondered if someone had dyed their hair there. I assumed it might be a stain that wouldn’t come off, but as I used the sink, it actually came off easily. That made me think it may have been missed during cleaning. Since the entire Hotel was so clean, it felt like a shame.Overall, I’m satisfied, and I think I would stay here again even if I come back to Hakata next time!

  • Highly convenient

    Conveniently located next to Hakata Station, making it very easy to get around, and the large public bath (Onsen) was better than expected, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was disappointing and confusing that there was a small issue at check-in (I couldn’t Check Reservation on the self check-in machine). The staff handled it well, and I had a great trip.
