The Room was clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast is included, and there is a refrigerator as well as shared washing machines and an ice maker, which made it ideal for a workcation.Both the station and convenience stores are nearby, and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. A map with recommendations is also available near the front desk.I could choose to skip housekeeping, but fresh amenities were placed by my door every day. I think it would have been even better if there had been an option to decline amenity replacement as well.
ai13 7/14/2026The Room we were guided to had a minor issue, but when we consulted about it, the staff kindly accommodated us, which was greatly appreciated.The amenities and Facilities are minimal but sufficient, making it comfortable without having to worry about too many details. The buffet-style meals may not have an extensive variety, but I found it just right as there was no pressure to try everything. The use of carefully selected ingredients made every dish delicious and satisfying.One concern was the deep bathtub in the Room. It required quite a bit of effort to step over when entering, so caution is necessary. While changing the bathtub itself might be difficult due to structural reasons, adding handrails or something to hold onto on the wall could make it safer and more comfortable.The location is convenient as it's close to Sendai Station with good access to the Senseki Line. There are also several convenience stores along the way, making it very practical. I look forward to staying here again!
