We stayed here during a family visit. The single room was spacious enough and functional. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
出張次郎 9/19/2025Every time I stay, I make a request, but there has been no response from Comfort Hotel. Is there any point in posting? My request was about the Wi-Fi environment. It connects on smartphones but does not work on iPads at any Comfort Hotel. Please improve this issue. Also, isn't the staff's level quite low? Are they operating with the mindset of "It's a budget hotel, so this is good enough"? Even if it's inexpensive, is it too much to expect some thoughtfulness as a hotel? A hotel should value both its facilities and hospitality; differentiation lies in hospitality. I hope for improvements in accommodating customer needs and operational aspects of the hotel.
