    Thank you very much for your hospitality.I truly appreciate it.I arrived late at night and was quite exhausted, but the warm greeting from the front desk staff made me feel genuinely happy.I had just bought a late-night snack at the convenience store behind the property, and I was surprised by how different the service was.In any case, thank you again for your courteous assistance.Breakfast was also very delicious.The yogurt ran out so quickly—I would have loved to have more.I would definitely like to stay again.Thank you in advance.

  • We had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here during Golden Week.They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed me to comfortably visit Tokyo Dome and Yasukuni Shrine.The front desk staff were excellent, the Room was clean, and I would like to stay again.Thank you very much.

  • Important Notice Regarding Stays on or After April 1, 2027

    Thank you for your continued patronage of Keio Presso Inn Tokyo Kudanshita.
    Effective for stays from April 1, 2027, we will revise the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and our cancellation policy. The main changes are as follows:

    1. Revision of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and change in collection method
    - Due to a review of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax system, the taxable Accommodation Fee and calculation method will change. If the room-only rate per person per night (excluding consumption tax and breakfast charges) is JPY 13,000 or more, 3% of the Accommodation Fee will be charged as Accommodation Tax.
    - For stays from April 1, 2027, the Accommodation Tax will be collected on site at check-in. Even if you use advance payment, the Accommodation Tax is not included in the Accommodation Fee and must be paid separately on site.

    2. Revision of cancellation policy
    - No Cancellation Fee up to 4 days prior to your stay; 20% of the Accommodation Fee from 3 days prior; 50% from 2 days prior; 80% on the day before; and 100% on the day of arrival or in case of a No Show.
    Please note that if separate rules apply to a specific Plan or other offer, the cancellation policy specified for that Plan will apply.
