    This was my second stay, and it was comfortable. The location is convenient from Gotanda Station, and the staff were very helpful.The Room did not feel too small. I would like to stay again.

    Due to a system failure, we are currently experiencing the following issues.

    We have suspended new Reservations until October 31.

    Responses to inquiries submitted via each Reservation site may take longer than usual. Depending on the situation, we may be unable to reply.

    We are currently investigating the cause and working to restore service.
    We will post an update on this website as soon as the situation improves.

  • Important Notice Regarding Stays on or After April 1, 2027

    Thank you for your continued patronage of Keio Presso Inn Gotanda.
    Effective for stays from April 1, 2027, the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and our cancellation policy will be revised. The main changes are as follows:

    1. Revision of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and change in collection method
    - Due to a review of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax system, the taxable Accommodation Fee and calculation method will change. If the room-only rate per person per night (excluding consumption tax and breakfast charges) is JPY 13,000 or more, 3% of the Accommodation Fee will be charged as Accommodation Tax.
    - For stays from April 1, 2027, the Accommodation Tax will be collected on-site at check-in. Even if you use advance payment, the Accommodation Tax is not included in the Accommodation Fee and must be paid separately on-site.

    2. Revision of cancellation policy
    - No Cancellation Fee up to 4 days prior to your stay; 20% of the Accommodation Fee from 3 days prior; 50% from 2 days prior; 80% from the day before; and 100% on the day of arrival or in case of a No Show.
    Please note that if separate rules apply to a Plan or other offer, the cancellation policy specified for that Plan will apply.
