    Thank you very much for your hospitality.The location was very convenient, close to Tokyo Station, which was a great help.The front desk staff were very kind, and both check-in and check-out were smooth.Breakfast was also delicious.I would love to stay again in the future.

  • A flawless Business Hotel with everything you need.

    As I had an exam the next day, I requested a quiet Room, and they properly arranged one at the end of the corridor. Thanks to that, I was able to take the exam in perfect condition. I’m truly grateful. I would like to stay here again when taking exams at Waseda University in the future. Many Reviews mention wanting greetings when coming and going, but I didn’t feel that was necessary. If staff are going to spend effort on that, I’d rather they rest instead. Service doesn’t need to be excessive; guests should remember they are not “gods.” If someone wants that kind of attention, it would be fine to charge a fee for it. In my view, Japan’s low productivity is partly due to unreasonable customer expectations. It would be better if only security staff were present as a rule and everything else were further automated and mechanized.
