    I made a Reservation at this Hotel for overseas guests.We originally planned to stay with four people, but due to visa issues one guest was unable to travel to Japan. The cancellation was on the day of check-in, and normally a 100% Cancellation Fee would apply; however, because of my oversight I was unable to contact you that day.When I asked about the payment method the next morning, your staff kindly told me, “No payment is necessary this time.” I am truly grateful for your sincere and warm consideration.The guests who stayed also spoke very highly of the Hotel, saying that the Room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and they were very satisfied overall. They also said the staff’s kindness left a strong impression.If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

  • Comfortable and safe

    I think this is a Hotel specialized for business travelers.Overall, it’s simple, but it feels like all the essentials are well covered.It was also great that I could store my luggage in self-service lockers before and after check-in and check-out.There was an earthquake during my stay, but they promptly made an announcement about the situation, which reassured me.I’d definitely like to stay here again.

  • Important Notice Regarding Stays on or After April 1, 2027

    Thank you for your continued patronage of Keio Presso Inn Otemachi.
    Effective for stays from April 1, 2027, we will revise the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and our cancellation policy. The main changes are as follows:

    1. Revision of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and change in collection method
    - Due to a review of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax system, the taxable Accommodation Fee and calculation method will change. If the room-only rate per person per night (excluding consumption tax and breakfast charges) is JPY 13,000 or more, 3% of the Accommodation Fee will be charged as Accommodation Tax.
    - For stays from April 1, 2027, the Accommodation Tax will be collected on-site at check-in. Even if you use advance payment, the Accommodation Tax is not included in the Accommodation Fee and must be paid separately on-site.

    2. Revision of cancellation policy
    - No Cancellation Fee up to 4 days prior to your stay; 20% of the Accommodation Fee from 3 days prior; 50% from 2 days prior; 80% on the day before; and 100% on the day of arrival or in case of a No Show.
    Please note that if a specific Plan has separate rules, the cancellation policy specified for that Plan will apply.
