    I made a Reservation at this Hotel for overseas guests.We originally planned to stay with four people, but due to visa issues one guest was unable to travel to Japan. The cancellation was on the day of check-in, and normally a 100% Cancellation Fee would apply; however, because of my oversight I was unable to contact you that day.When I asked about the payment method the next morning, your staff kindly told me, “No payment is necessary this time.” I am truly grateful for your sincere and warm consideration.The guests who stayed also spoke very highly of the Hotel, saying that the Room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and they were very satisfied overall. They also said the staff’s kindness left a strong impression.If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

  • I would like to stay here again.

    The location is convenient, and the staff are very helpful. Since I would like to stay again in the future, I have two small concerns: the drain hole in the sink looks a bit darkened (it felt unpleasant when I accidentally put my finger in it), and sometimes there is still foam left on the hand soap dispenser nozzle from a previous guest. Overall, it is a Hotel I like—well cleaned and generally very clean.
