  • It was great.

    I stayed here again. I made a Reservation for a concert day at Tokyo Opera City in Hatsudai, and it was great to be able to walk back. The next day, I could also walk to Shinjuku Station, which was very convenient. I slept so soundly that I overslept.

    We stayed here during Golden Week. We booked the day before and had a semi-double Room for two, and it came to around JPY 8,000 per person (using Points immediately). For the Shinjuku area during Golden Week, it was a good value.Pros- Luggage storage is available before (and after) your stay. There are self-service lockers.- Self check-in and check-out via kiosk; quick and easy.- Direct access to the Lawson convenience store on the first floor.- The Room and unit bath are new and clean.- TV supports YouTube.Cons- Limited amenities; about 10 items available at the front desk.- You can hear noise from the hallway and rooms above.- More than a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. No bus service?If you just need a place to sleep, this was a very good Hotel.

  • Important Notice Regarding Stays on or After April 1, 2027

    Thank you for your continued patronage of Keio Presso Inn Shinjuku.
    Effective for stays from April 1, 2027, the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and our cancellation policy will be revised. The main changes are as follows:

    1. Revision of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and change in collection method
    - Due to a review of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax system, the taxable Accommodation Fee and calculation method will change. If the room-only rate per person per night (excluding consumption tax and breakfast charges) is JPY 13,000 or more, 3% of the Accommodation Fee will be charged as Accommodation Tax.
    - For stays from April 1, 2027, the Accommodation Tax will be collected on-site at check-in. Even if you use advance payment, the Accommodation Tax is not included in the Accommodation Fee and must be paid separately on-site.

    2. Revision of cancellation policy
    - Cancellations are free up to 4 days prior to the stay date; 20% of the Accommodation Fee applies 3 days prior; 50% applies 2 days prior; 80% applies 1 day prior; and a Cancellation Fee of 100% applies on the day of arrival and for No Show.
    If separate rules apply to your Plan or other conditions, the cancellation policy specified for that Plan will apply.

  • Notice of Exterior Wall, Exterior Grounds, and Rooftop Maintenance Work

    We will be carrying out exterior wall, exterior area, and rooftop maintenance work during the period below.
