Notice of Renovation Work

Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
During the period below, we will be carrying out renovation work inside the building, mainly in the guest rooms.

During the construction period, our in-house Facility (Accommodation and breakfast service) will remain available.
*Breakfast service will be suspended on certain dates: July 6 to August 31, 2026 (tentative)

[Construction Period]
November 4, 2025 to September 30, 2026 (tentative)

[Working Hours]
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
*Noise and vibrations may occur between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
*Working hours may change depending on construction progress.
*Workers may pass through the building outside of the hours listed above.

[Main Scope of Work]
Guest rooms: Guest rooms on floors 3 through 15 will be renovated sequentially by floor.
Common areas: Renovation of the front counter and lobby; installation of self-service lockers; installation of a smoking area (in connection with making all rooms non-smoking); replacement of wall and ceiling coverings; etc.

[Breakfast Service Suspension Period]
July 6 to August 31, 2026 (tentative)
*Due to renovation work in the breakfast area, breakfast service will be suspended during this period.

[Laundry Service Suspension Period]
July 1 to September 30, 2026 (tentative)
*Items can be dropped off until June 30; service will resume for pick-up from October 1.
