With the convenience of being just about a 10-minute drive from Narita Airport, the gateway to the skies, we have been well-received not only by guests visiting from overseas for business and tourism but also by those departing from Japan. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and lobby floors. Additionally, our banquet halls and meeting rooms have been renovated to be more functional, providing a comfortable space that meets various business needs.
When my credit card did not respond during payment and caused a delay, the front desk staff immediately assisted me. They also upgraded my Room for free. Additionally, there is a free shuttle bus running between Narita Airport and the Hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, I think it was an excellent Hotel. I will use it again.
I made a last-minute reservation late at night to stay near the airport for one night because my daughter fell ill on the flight to Narita Airport. We were provided with an upgraded room from the one we had booked, which was a great help. My daughter was able to sleep soundly, and I, exhausted from taking care of her and the journey, felt relieved. The building felt a bit old, but the staff were warm and welcoming. I would like to use this place again for stays before or after using Narita Airport.
