Although it felt quite far as I walked from Yurakucho Station while searching for the way, once I arrived I found it to be a very convenient location—easy to find and comfortable. As soon as I went up to the lobby on the 2nd floor, the staff guided me and quickly took care of my luggage. My destination was on the opposite side of the Hotel, but I reached it in just a few minutes. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the Hotel, making it very convenient, and the area has lots of greenery—it was a wonderful place. All of the Hotel staff were kind as well. Thank you very much.
This was our annual trip with friends, and it was our first time staying overnight in Hibiya. The location offered convenient access in all directions, with plenty of dining options nearby, and we also enjoyed being close to Ginza and Hibiya Park. We were able to relax in a bright corner Room with a massage chair. We went in and out of the Hotel many times, and the front desk staff greeted us pleasantly each time.

To relax before bedtime and greet the morning with a refreshed feeling, a comfortable shower is essential. One of remm's key features is its pleasant shower booth. Sitting on a stool, the gentle water flow from the ceiling envelops your entire body.
<Rem Original Bed Mattress "Silky Rem"> An original bed jointly developed with Japan Bed. Features an ultra-high-density structure using twice the number of springs as usual. <Pillow Selection> Rooms are equipped with the Rem Original "Comfort Sleep Function Pillow" and "Memory Foam Pillow." Additionally, "Feather Pillow (manufactured by Japan Bed, Lifwage)," "Buckwheat Hull Pillow," and "Airweave Pillow" are available for loan.
At remm, amenities are unified under the concept of achieving better sleep. From remm's original shampoo and body soap to the original aroma displayed in the lobby. Carefully selected items support restful sleep and relaxation.
An automated check-in machine has been installed, allowing for easy operation.
