    The Room is new, spacious, and clean. I had a very comfortable stay. The welcome drink included beer, which was delicious. I would like to stay here again next time.

    The Room was very spacious and clean. Amenities were available at the front desk, and the tea and coffee were delicious. They even provided face masks, which were high quality and easy to use!However, in any Hotel with a unit bath, I understand some odor is unavoidable, but it smelled so bad that I felt like I might vomit. I’m sorry, but I removed the shower curtain, put it in a bag, and kept it elsewhere during my stay.

    Notice of Repairs to the Multi-Story Parking Garage

    Dear Guests,

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Richmond Hotel Obihiro Ekimae.

    From 8:00 AM on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 through Thursday, November 26, repair work will be carried out inside the multi-story parking garage over two days.
    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience; however, the multi-story parking garage will not be available during the work period.

    For guests staying or considering a stay on the above dates who will be arriving by car, we will direct you to our affiliated parking lot.

    Please note that vehicles cannot be taken out of the multi-story parking garage while repair work is in progress.
    For guests on a Multiple Night Stay using the multi-story parking garage, please remove your vehicle by 8:00 AM on Wednesday, November 25.
    If it is difficult to remove your vehicle by 8:00 AM, we kindly ask that you park at our affiliated parking lot starting Tuesday, November 24.
    On Thursday, November 26, use of the multi-story parking garage will resume as soon as the repair work is completed.

    Regarding the flat (surface) parking spaces on the Hotel premises, spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Guests wishing to use these spaces are kindly requested to come to the Hotel parking area first.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
