  • Ideal for business travelers

    I stayed here on a business trip. It wasn’t as small as I expected, and there was enough space to move around comfortably. The property isn’t new, but it was well cleaned. Above all, I appreciated the large desk and the effective air conditioning. The front desk staff were pleasant, and I had no issues with overall convenience during my stay. However, the complimentary drip coffee didn’t taste good, which was disappointing—but since it’s a free service, it can’t really be helped.

  • Comfortable

    The double bed Room was more spacious than it appeared in the photos, allowing for a comfortable stay. The bathroom and bathtub were also quite roomy. Although both check-in and check-out were handled by machines, which I thought might feel impersonal, the friendly greetings from the front desk during brief outings added a welcoming touch.

From Sakura-Tsuchiura I.C. (Joban Expressway)
Take the exit toward Tsukuba, turn right at the Osasagi Intersection, go straight on Gakuen Higashi Odori for about 4 km, then turn left at the Gakuen Higashi Intersection (about 15 minutes)

From Tsukuba-Ushiku I.C. (Ken-O Expressway)
Take the exit toward Science City/Tsuchiura, go straight on Gakuen Nishi Odori for about 6 km, then turn right at the Gakuen Nishi Intersection (about 15 minutes)

From Yatabe I.C. (Joban Expressway)
Take the exit toward Tsukuba/Tsuchiura and continue straight on Science Odori. Turn right at Kaido Minami Intersection, then turn right at Matsushiro Nishi Intersection.
