Used this hotel for a business trip. My schedule might have changed, so I made two separate one-night reservations, but the staff kindly treated it as a Multiple Night Stay—making a great first impression from check-in. I had meals at the annex across the street; the buffet offered a wide variety and was excellent. The limited-quantity French toast was delicious. I also enjoyed the complimentary Thai-style ochazuke at night and was very satisfied.The TV lets you log in to apps like Netflix and YouTube with your own account, which was also great.I’m more of a coffee person, so I’d be disappointed with only tea, but they provide drip coffee along with the amenities.If I have another business trip to Utsunomiya, I’d like to stay here again.
とびどくもたないでくださ... 9/14/2026Everything was excellent. The Room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, and we really enjoyed the complimentary ochazuke. Both the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff kindly helped us right away whenever we needed assistance. Our first trip to Tochigi became a wonderful memory. We would love to stay here again when we visit Utsunomiya next time.
