  • It was great.

    This was my second stay.Both check-in and check-out can be done at a machine, which is convenient.Amenities are provided in a system where you choose what you want and take it with you. If I had to ask for one thing, I would like single-use skincare items.The Room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the plum kelp tea.Thank you very much.

  • My favorite accommodation.

    I love this accommodation. It is conveniently located near the station, yet surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings. While there are slight signs of aging in the building, the staff are pleasant, and it is a very comfortable hotel. However, if you return very late at night, the greenery-rich entrance area might feel a bit dark and intimidating for women alone (though it should be safe as people are passing by).

    Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Osaki has completed a full renovation of the entire Hotel as of Thursday, October 1, 2026.

    In this renovation, we have introduced new “Standard Twin Rooms” and “Superior Twin Rooms” to meet the diverse accommodation needs of guests visiting from Japan and abroad.

    The “Superior Twin Room” offers a spacious layout of approximately 27 m² and can accommodate an extra bed, making it ideal for families and groups.

    In addition, ReFa hair dryers, straightening irons, and shower heads have been installed in the “Superior Double Rooms” and “Superior Twin Rooms” to ensure an even more comfortable stay.

    We have also refreshed the lobby and other shared areas, transforming them into spaces that combine calmness with functionality. With soft color tones and an open design, you can relax comfortably from arrival to departure.

    Furthermore, our in-house facilities have been enhanced with coin-operated laundry machines, a baggage port area, vending machine corner(s), and more—providing added convenience throughout your stay.

    With excellent access to the Shinagawa area, you can enjoy a comfortable stay for any occasion—from business to leisure.
