Opening August 1, 2026, in Ichinomiya Town, Chiba. Accommodates up to 10 adults and 5 children. Ideal for group trips, families, and multi-generational stays. Enjoy exclusive use of a beautifully preserved ~100-year-old traditional Japanese house and a spacious ~540-tsubo property (approx. 1,785 m²), where the sea breeze from Kujukuri flows through—reserved entirely for one group only. While preserving the charm of an old Japanese home—sturdy beams and classic fittings—we have added antique furnishings and modern comforts to create a space that is both authentic and relaxing. A highlight of this Accommodation is our original wood-fired sauna. Warm up as you listen to the crackling fire and watch the flames dance, then cool down in the cold plunge bath. On the engawa veranda or in the garden, you can unwind at your own pace while enjoying the pleasant breeze. From dusk, enjoy a BBQ in the garden or gather around the fire pit. On rainy days, a covered BBQ area is also available. About 8 minutes to the beach by bicycle and about 7 minutes to golf courses by car. Head to the ocean with free rental bikes, enjoy a round of golf, or explore cafes and shops in surf-town Ichinomiya. Experience a stay unique to Ichinomiya—where both sea and countryside are close at hand. About 90 minutes from central Tokyo. Feel the warmth of an old house, wood fire, wind, and greenery with all five senses—and enjoy a luxurious private stay without worrying about prying eyes.
