*The beach is not private property.*

● Swimming and activities at the beach and in the ocean are at your own risk. Our Facility assumes no responsibility for marine accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, etc. (No lifeguards are on duty.)

● Use before check-in or after check-out is not permitted.

● Please check weather and sea conditions (waves, currents, tides, etc.) carefully and use the area safely. In bad weather or when conditions are deemed dangerous, please refrain from entering the ocean.

● Please return any items borrowed from our property to their designated place. If loss or damage is found, you will be charged the replacement cost.

● Minors may not use the ocean without an accompanying guardian. Please use only under adult supervision.

● Collecting or catching seafood (shellfish, fish/shellfish, seaweed, etc.) may be prohibited by applicable laws and local rules. Unauthorized collecting is strictly prohibited.

● To help protect the beach and surrounding environment, please take all trash back to your room.

● Open flames such as bonfires, fireworks, and barbecues are prohibited.

● Please keep noise to a minimum out of consideration for neighbors and other guests.

● Dangerous behavior (diving/jumping in, reckless actions on rocks, swimming after drinking alcohol, etc.) is prohibited.

● If you damage or soil Facility equipment or the natural environment, we may charge repair/cleaning costs.

● Please follow staff instructions and all posted notices at all times.
