[House Rules]

■ Use of Facilities
- The sports court is available until 17:00. Vehicles are not allowed on the court.
- Pool: Guests 130 cm or shorter must wear a life jacket. Diving and entering the building while wet are prohibited.
- Use of the pool, sauna, or sports Facility after drinking alcohol or when feeling unwell is prohibited.
- Children and guests requiring assistance must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or caregiver at all times.
- Self-service löyly in the sauna is limited to once every 15–20 minutes, up to one ladle per time.
- Please refrain from eating/drinking or handling equipment roughly when using poker or billiards.
- After use, please return outdoor furniture and parasols to the outdoor storage on the 1st floor.

■ Windows & Insect Prevention
When opening windows, always keep the insect screens closed. When going out or sleeping, make sure all windows are fully closed. Insects can enter through even small gaps.

■ Check-out
- Separate trash into four categories (burnable / non-burnable / recyclables / paper recyclables) and dispose of it in the silver outdoor bins. If it does not fit, please take it with you (especially in summer).
- Turn off all appliances and lights, and confirm that the entrance door and all room windows are locked.
- Lost items will be discarded after one week if we do not hear from you.
