In every guestroom, enjoy a private cypress-wood bath filled with the abundant Bandai-kō source Onsen, one of Kusatsu’s most plentiful springs. Due to its highly acidic water quality, you may feel a slight tingling on your skin or on cuts. For this reason, each room also has a separate heated bath with plain water (not Onsen). As the spring water can be stimulating, please use the plain-water tub as a “rest bath” so you can enjoy bathing comfortably without putting too much strain on your skin.
