With iron black, reclaimed-wood brown, and navy accents reminiscent of Brooklyn warehouses, every angle feels picture-perfect. Enjoy the spacious interior as if it were your own home. Steel-framed windows crafted using recreated 1930s welding techniques and cedar reclaimed-wood flooring once used in an old wine factory bring texture and history to the space. Carefully chosen materials throughout make it not only beautiful, but a place that enriches the time you spend here. Without worrying about anyone else—wherever you like, however you like. Cook with ingredients you’ve picked up in the all-stainless kitchen, then gather around the large dining table for long conversations at night. Sink into the sofa with coffee in hand and enjoy a slow morning until check-out at 1:00 PM. Pets and children are welcome, for up to 8 guests. Set on a hill in a quiet residential neighborhood, nights are especially peaceful. A breeze flows from the south-facing windows through to the east-facing ones, and you may hear Japanese bush warblers from the nearby hill. About 20 minutes via the Aqua-Line from Umihotaru—close to central Tokyo, yet time feels different here. THE MILL STUDIO HOTEL warmly welcomes you and your dog. With one private booking per day, you can relax without worrying about other guests, and the whole family—including your pup—can enjoy a comfortable stay. Up to two dogs are allowed per stay. We provide a pet crate, pet bed, food bowls, water, and a few small toys to welcome your beloved companion. We hope this helps lighten your luggage and lets you enjoy a stay that feels close to everyday life.

A hidden getaway about 1 hour from central Tokyo via the Aqua-Line

About a 20-minute drive from Umihotaru (about 7 minutes by car from the nearest Kisarazu-Minami IC). A 3-minute drive from the Accommodation are a 7-Eleven and a drugstore; about 7 minutes away is AEON Mall Kisarazu; and about 20 minutes away is Costco Wholesale Kisarazu Warehouse. It’s also close to Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu, so we recommend shopping for supplies before arrival. Spread out your groceries in the all-stainless kitchen—once a café—and gather around to cook and dine together. This Accommodation is perfect for that kind of stay.
