[Please be sure to follow the rules below] - If your pet causes damage to others or injures someone, you are responsible for compensating for all damages. - We are not liable if your pet escapes indoors or outdoors during your stay, or if any unforeseen accident results in death or injury. Thank you for your understanding. - All responsibility lies with the accompanying person (the owner). Please take care. - We assume no responsibility for any injuries, illness, or trouble involving pets. - Please do not allow pets on the bedding. - When coming indoors from outside, please wash your pet’s paws thoroughly before entering the Room. - Please dispose of pet-related waste in the provided trash bin. - For a Multiple Night Stay or stays with multiple pets, please bring extra toilets and pee pads if needed. (Please also bring any necessary crate, leash, and pet food.) - If accidents (including marking) occur indoors or on the wood deck, please clean them immediately. For the next guest’s comfort, if it happens indoors, be sure to report the location and details of the incident. - If you leave your pet alone in a private indoor area, please use a cage or your own crate. - In principle, going out while leaving pets unattended within the Facility is prohibited to prevent accidents and trouble. [Garden Area Notes] - The garden fence is 120 cm high. Athletic dogs may be able to jump over it. As owners know their dog’s temperament best, please do not take your eyes off agile dogs—even small ones. Dogs that may jump over must be kept on a leash at all times and supervised closely. - In the dog-run area, small dogs may be able to slip through gaps in the fence. Small-to-medium dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and supervised closely. - When entering the Room, please wash your dog’s paws before coming inside. [Important Notes] 1) If any items/furnishings indoors (including on the wood deck) are damaged, soiled/stained, or lost, we may charge you for actual repair or replacement costs. 2) We assume no responsibility for unforeseen incidents/accidents involving pets within our Facility grounds (including injury, death/illness), theft/loss/damage caused by third parties), escape/runaway), etc.). We will accept pets only if you have reviewed these pet policies and agree to them. Due to changes from their home environment during travel/stays at an Accommodation , pets may behave unexpectedly. We kindly ask for your cooperation under the owner’s responsibility. To ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay at our Accommodation , please follow these rules and precautions.
