Launching your SUP directly from the private deck into the sea is a truly special experience you can only have here.
As the sun sets, unwind by the fire pit while gazing at the calm sea and starry sky. A BBQ on the ocean-view deck is equally unforgettable.
You can also stay with your beloved dog.

From the bedroom window, an expansive ocean panorama unfolds. Waking up to breathtaking sea views gracefully sets the tone for a fulfilling day.
Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) launched directly from the deck is a unique activity you can only experience here, letting you feel true freedom and openness with your whole body. The calm waters of the cove make for a relaxed paddle, so even beginners can enjoy it with confidence.
After sunset, unwind with the gentle flames of the fire pit for a soothing, restorative moment. Gaze at the flickering fire by the quiet seaside and relax to your heart’s content under a star-filled sky.

A small luxury villa standing right in front of the vast ocean at Tateyama/Nako Coast. Its chic gray facade, harmonizing with the blue sky, highlights the beauty of its unique architecture. The spacious lawn garden features a private pool and BBQ facilities. The private pool’s vivid blue is dazzling—relax under the open sky by day, and at night enjoy a blissful time poolside while gazing at the stars.
GIFTHOUSE 2nd Atami Shizenkyo
A luxury villa with a sauna and Onsen, limited to one group per day, perched on a hilltop in Atami with breathtaking views all to yourself. Enjoy the newly built sauna and cold plunge pool, as well as Atami Onsen, and a spacious layout with four bedrooms. In a 390 m² private retreat surrounded by nature and serene Atami scenery, unwind in complete freedom without worrying about anyone else’s eyes.
GIFTHOUSE 2nd Tateyama Sunomiya
A small luxury villa in Minamiboso, Sunomiya, limited to one group per day and equipped with a sauna and dog run. Enjoy a luxurious stay with your dog, surrounded by natural light streaming into the double-height living room, a spacious courtyard, and a wood-burning barrel sauna.
