• To reduce environmental impact, we use an EcoCute hot-water system. With normal, planned use, you are unlikely to run out of hot water; however, using a large amount at once may cause a shortage. If it does run out, it will be available again after some time. Thank you for using hot water responsibly for a comfortable stay. ■ Options • Weber BBQ grill (JPY 4,000/stay) • EV charger (JPY 1,000/night) • Wood-burning stove with 7 logs included (JPY 2,000/stay) • Additional 7 logs (JPY 1,000) • Bringing your own BBQ grill is not permitted. • The indoor wood-burning stove is available as an option. (Only the Reserver may use the stove. Unauthorized use will incur a JPY 10,000 fee.) • The fire pit is free to use from May to November on days when wind speed is under 4 m/s. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it. The firewood near the chopping block is for the fire pit only and may not be used for the wood-burning stove. Do not use the firewood on the east side of the building. • Fireworks require prior approval. Only silent handheld fireworks are allowed in the designated area. (No open flames on the lawn or terrace.) • If you stay past checkout time, an additional fee of JPY 1,000 will be charged every 20 minutes. • Mobile reception may be weak depending on your carrier and location on the property. Please check signal strength after arrival and use Wi‑Fi as needed. • The Room has blinds instead of curtains, so some light may enter. Eye masks are available upon request for a more comfortable sleep. • If you take the key home by mistake, a JPY 10,000 nuisance fee will be charged. • We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons (e.g., odor or perceived cleanliness). • Message support hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Japan time. Inquiries received outside these hours may be answered late or handled the next day. • This building is a private vacation home. The owner and manager assume no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, illness, or other issues that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for safe operation and management of all equipment and for accident prevention at their own risk.
