Introduction of the Plan
【About the Facility】 This villa offers a serene retreat where you can enjoy the soothing sound of a river and the seasonal beauty of nature. Located beyond an open rural landscape and nestled along a red pine-lined path, this single-story house with a slanted roof was designed by a local architect couple from Azumino. The building has been renovated to incorporate local folk art culture while respecting its dignified architecture. Enjoy peaceful moments in this harmonious space, surrounded by charming architecture, lush forests, and the gentle murmur of Nakabusa River. Situated in the villa area of Hotaka in Azumino City, known as "Scholar's Village," cafes and soba restaurants are within a 5-minute drive, allowing you to easily explore local attractions. You may bring up to two dogs with you. Please note that other pets (such as cats or birds) are not allowed. Dog Supplies: We provide towels for dogs, wet wipes, lint rollers, etc., which can be checked on our supply list. *Please bring your own toilet trays, cages, or dog food that your pet is accustomed to using. Notice
[House Rules] SANU 2nd Home is maintained through each guest treating it with care—like their own home—and following proper etiquette. Please be sure to follow the house rules below during your stay. - Please wash and dry all dishes, then return them to their original place. - Campfires and BBQs are allowed until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum. - For safety, campfires and fireworks must be done only in the designated fire pit area. All buildings are wooden. *In strong winds, please refrain from using the fire pit due to wildfire risk.* - Smoking is permitted only on the terrace or in the fire pit area. Please take cigarette butts with you. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products). - Please separate your trash and dispose of it at the garbage station before checkout. *If these house rules are not followed and additional cleaning or compensation is required, a compensation fee of JPY 5,500 (tax included) will be automatically charged.*
