I’m disappointed.
We were really looking forward to this trip from Tokyo. We stayed with two pets and a baby. There is an additional fee of 4,000 yen per pet. That in itself was fine, but the dog food that should have been included in the 4,000 yen, as well as wet wipes and the so-called “dog set,” were not provided for two pets (it is officially stated that these are included in the fee), so we felt we were charged unnecessarily. What disappointed us most was that the Accommodation had not been properly cleaned. There was hair and dust everywhere in the Room, and there was hair left in the bathroom as well—we ended up cleaning it ourselves before using it. When we called, an automated message said they could not answer at the moment, which turned our trip into a very unpleasant memory. The building is new and looks clean at first glance, but because cleaning is so poorly done, it feels dirty. Under the bed there was trash like old contact lenses (no idea how long they had been there) and what looked like a dog toy rolling around... I am an IKYU diamond member and have stayed at many Accommodations, but I have never experienced anything like this.

Notice
- BBQ is not allowed at the Facility. - The Facility operates as a "vacation rental," and therefore does not provide concierge or similar services like a Hotel. We apologize, but there will be no cleaning or linen changes during your stay. - Only one cage is available for use. - Due to the rich natural environment, insects may enter the room depending on the season. If you are uncomfortable with insects, we kindly ask you to take personal measures as needed. - Please keep noise levels down after 9 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors.
□■Dogs Allowed for Stay■□ - Small dogs up to 8 kilograms - Dogs aged 6 months or older - Dogs that are toilet-trained - Dogs in heat, during menstruation, or pregnancy are not allowed; please visit us another time. - Dogs that are regularly kept indoors and do not excessively bark or bite - Dogs treated for fleas, ticks, and other parasites - Dogs free from infectious diseases or skin conditions - Dogs vaccinated against rabies (within the past year) and received a 5-in-one vaccine (within the past 1–2 years) □■Requests for Your Dog■□ - Dog run usage hours: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Leaving your dog alone is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes. (For short periods as well, ensure water is available, air conditioning is set up, and your dog stays inside a crate.) - Bathrooms and beds are off-limits for dogs. - For dogs prone to marking behavior, please have them wear diapers. (Please note that significant soiling or damage caused by your dog may incur additional cleaning fees.) *The Facility assumes no responsibility for any troubles, accidents, escapes involving pets within the premises.*
