  • I can’t wait to stay here again!

    It was absolutely amazing!Since we stayed just one night, it flew by, but I’m so glad we decided to rent the whole house!The place is stylish in every way, and there were plenty of towels—so after playing in the pool, we went straight to the Onsen!We could also do laundry, played in the pool again the next morning, and then back to the Onsen!The hot sandwiches included in the breakfast Plan were very filling.We also found the Arita mandarin orange juice that came with breakfast being sold elsewhere as a souvenir, so we bought some to take home.The quality of the meat for dinner BBQ was excellent—tender, juicy, and truly delicious!Meat included in BBQ Plans is often tough and not very impressive, but this one was incredibly good!Next time I’d love to bring friends and definitely stay here again!

  • Highly satisfied

    Everything was wonderful.I had requested a BBQ equipment rental by phone, but due to a mix-up it hadn’t gone through. When I contacted them, they prepared it right away.The staff member who brought it over greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service. They were very pleasant, which really put me at ease.The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Onsen were all great.Even the towels were excellent.My grandchildren were so excited and kept saying they wanted to stay forever.The view from the rooftop was amazing too!I hope we can come again next year.

Only two groups per day can stay with dogs, and the dog-friendly buildings are Building A and Building C. We provide amenities and Facilities for a comfortable stay with your dog, and we also give a complimentary cute treat that dogs will love. Even if this is your first trip with your dog, you can relax with peace of mind. [Bringing Pets] (1) Only dogs are allowed to stay. (2) Limit on number of dogs (up to 2 if including large or medium dogs / up to 5 small dogs only). (3) Required documents on the day of check-in: proof of combination vaccination (3 or more types) administered within the past year / rabies vaccination certificate. (4) Please review and agree to the “Pet Stay Agreement,” and bring the required documents when you arrive. If you would like to submit them in advance, please print and sign them, then send them to us so they arrive by your stay date.
