■Plan Details■ We deliver authentic Italian cuisine from Karuizawa’s highly sought-after Italian restaurants “LA TEGOLA” and “A FENESTELLA,” operated by an owner-chef who trained at Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and Japan. Enjoy Neapolitan pizza and traditional dishes from Campania, Italy. In Karuizawa Town, an Accommodation Tax was introduced starting June 2026. Set in a lush forest that belies its convenient location—15 minutes on foot from Karuizawa Station and 5 minutes to Old Karuizawa Ginza—this striking property features a black wood-grain exterior and a thoughtfully designed courtyard. The Room is furnished with luxurious pieces from brands such as Riva and Paola Lenti, offering ample space for up to 6 guests to enjoy it like your own private villa. Spend an indulgent time playing the piano or relaxing in the sunroom while overlooking the courtyard. No pets allowed (please use YURA2 or SHIRABE). ■Facility■ ・Air conditioner ・Projector ・Bluetooth speaker for portable audio ・Freezer, refrigerator ・Microwave ・Toaster (BALMUDA) ・Coffee maker (NESPRESSO) ・Electric kettle ・Washer-dryer ・Hair dryer ・Piano ・Sunroom ● Bedding: Four semi-double beds (two sets of two) plus two single futon sets in the loft (for 2 guests). The large studio-style Room can be partitioned with doors and curtains, so three groups of two can stay comfortably with privacy. ● Sleepwear is not provided. ● Shared open terrace deck on the premises. ● Shared playroom available.
