I stayed with my dog, and everything was truly outstanding! The room was spotless down to every detail and incredibly comfortable. In addition to frying pans, pots, and cutlery, there was an impressive range of thoughtful items—rubber bands, toothpicks, plastic bags, alcohol disinfectant spray (Pasterize), and so much more. I was also thrilled to hear that the drinks and ice cream in the fridge were all-you-can-enjoy (haha). The bath with an ocean view was amazing and left me feeling completely refreshed in both body and mind. Thanks to all the considerate touches, my dog could relax too. I’m grateful for the staff’s warm hospitality.
We stayed again with my son, his wife, our grandchildren, and two dogs. The karaoke room was absolutely amazing as always. The complete soundproofing is incredible—you can't hear a thing even from the adjacent Japanese-style room. The bath was fantastic as well. The staff were just as kind and helpful as last time, taking great care of us throughout our stay. Our grandchildren loved it so much that they kept saying they didn’t want to leave! We've visited many rental villas in Awaji, but Homare is definitely in our top three favorites. We will surely visit again!

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all buildings for safety, hygiene, and fire prevention reasons. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated areas; please inform our staff if you wish to smoke.
- Do not remove items from within the villa or transfer them between buildings. After using outdoor equipment provided by us, bring it back indoors promptly as wild animals may tamper with it.
- Items such as amenities sets and slippers can be taken home; however, other facilities or equipment must remain at the property.
- Bringing your own barbecue grill is not allowed.
- Items listed under Article 9 of our Accommodation Agreement are prohibited from being brought into the premises.
- Do not enter adjacent properties or public areas outside designated zones nor collect wild plants nearby as they might belong to local residents.
